Emulated Humanoid is provided as a beta product. It is offered "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

2. Responsibility for Agent Actions

You are solely responsible for how you use the product and for actions executed on your computer through your prompts, automations, or approvals.

DaemonLabs is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or consequences caused by agent actions on your machine.

3. API Key and Usage Costs

If you connect your own LLM or API providers, you are solely responsible for all usage, billing, overages, and related charges incurred under your accounts and keys.

4. Access and Termination

DaemonLabs may suspend or terminate access to Emulated Humanoid at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

5. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
