Refund Policy
1. Pricing
A hosted Case box costs US$29 per month, prepaid. Each payment buys 30 days of service for one computer.
2. First-Month Refund
If Case isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — no questions, no forms. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments are non-refundable. To stop paying, simply don't renew: your box is parked when the paid period ends, held for a 7-day grace period, then deleted. Nothing auto-charges you.
4. Effect of a Refund
When a refund is issued, your box and everything on it (files, sessions, credentials) is permanently deleted.
5. How to Request
Email support@case.computer from the address you paid with. We reply within one business day, usually much faster.
